Unfortunately, we don’t have records or access to what the original creditor may have sent you. With your written request and signature, we will retrieve and fax, email, or mail you a statement.
If you no longer want to be contacted at work tell the Choice representative and your number will be immediately removed. Please note that other people in our database may have the same employer contact number listed on their account(s).
We update consumer payments, returns, and delinquent accounts monthly. Most accounts are eligible to report to the credit bureaus after 30 days of placement with us.
[re]start is a department that connects our consumers to resources to help them find a new job. [re]start is a free service we offer to help consumers get back on their feet and out of debt.
